Restructuring of a USD550 million Eurobond issue for a large Russian oil and gas independent;

Merger of two Russian independent oil companies, including arrangement of financing for the transaction;

Acquisition of several medium size oil and gas assets in the Saratov Region;

Acquisition of a large oil asset on the Taymyr peninsula;

Sale of NaturProdukt, one of the largest OTC-pharma deals in Russia;

Sale of gas transportation and supply assets in Ukraine;

Acquisition of additional stakes in public mineral processing companies;

Acquisition of Yamal LNG by Novatek;

Purchase of JSC Sibneftegaz by Gazprombank in 2006;

Purchase of 51% in Sakhalin 2 by Gazprom in 2007

Asset swap between Gazprom and BASF in 2007;

Sale of a significant stake in the Yuzhnorusskoye project by Gazprom to EON;

Purchase of a 20% stake in Gazpromneft by Gazprom from ENI;

Purchase of a controlling stake in JSC Severenergia by Gazprom from an ENI/Enel consortium.

ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE:

Increased the valuation of a Russian oil and gas independent oil and gas company by more than USD750 million through several organic growth opportunities;

Developed corporate strategy for one of the largest Russian industrial groups;

Participated in shareholder turnarounds of distressed corporate assets – led shareholder audits, replaced management teams, streamlined production and logistic chains, renegotiated financing arrangements for their economic recovery;

Served on the Boards of Directors of a number of oil and gas, mineral extraction, processing, holding, and production companies.
